Commissions and returns

This policy is demo content for the fictional Wren & Vale. Replace it with your own.

The design deposit

A commission starts with a design deposit of £300, taken off the final price. It pays for the drawings and the wax model. If you decide not to go ahead after seeing them, we keep the deposit and you keep the drawings.

Stones

Once you have chosen a stone and we have bought it for you, we ask for its price in full. Stones bought for a commission can’t be returned.

Paying the balance

The balance is due when the ring is ready, before you take it home. We’ll send you a photo first.

Made-to-order pieces

Rings made in your size are made for you, so they can’t be returned unless they’re faulty. We resize them once for free within six months.

Pieces from the showroom

You can return a piece bought from the showroom within 14 days, unworn and in its box, for a full refund.

Repairs

We quote before we start. Small repairs are paid on collection.
