Prices
Prices include VAT. “From” prices are for the ring in the metal shown with the smallest stone we offer; we confirm the full price in writing before we start.
Hallmarking
Every piece over the legal weight is hallmarked at the Assay Office before it leaves the workshop.
Stones
We describe every stone by its certificate or report where it has one, and by our own grading where it doesn’t. Coloured stones are often treated: we always tell you how.
Your own metal and stones
We can melt down your gold for a new piece when it’s clean and we can test it. We check your stones before we set them; we can’t be responsible for hidden flaws that show when a stone is set.
Valuations
We don’t value jewellery for insurance; we’re happy to recommend an independent valuer.
