This policy is demo content for the fictional Wren & Vale. Replace it with a policy that describes what your own site and workshop actually do.
What we collect
When you book a consultation, send a commission or repair enquiry, or buy a piece or pay a deposit, we keep your name, email, phone number and what you told us (your ring size, the stone you’d like, the piece you’re bringing in), so we can make or mend it for you. Payments go through Stripe; we never see your card details.
The newsletter
If you sign up, we keep your email address to tell you about new pieces, four or five times a year. Every email has a link to unsubscribe.
Analytics
We use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics to count visits. If Google Analytics is used too, it runs only after you accept it in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice any time under Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
